is it true about tattoos meaning you're gay?

i heard from a tattooist that if you get an arm band it means your a homosexual. if you get one on the left it means your the Feminine and the right means your masculine! Is it all true???

That is one of those urban legends, or maybe it's a load of B***s***t.
